Professional Education and Experience:

I received my master’s degree in psychology from Antioch University Seattle in 1997. I am licensed in the state of Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.  For over 20 years I have provided therapy to individuals with Depression, Anxiety Disorders, PTSD and Childhood Trauma.  In addition to my private practice, I have provided DBT and CBT consultation to Compass Health and Ruth Dykeman Youth and Family Services for several of their treatment programs and mental health sites.   Additionally, I provide training throughout Washington to therapeutic associations, programs and clinics on a contract basis.

Billing

I no longer take health insurance. Payment will be expected at time of session. Patients may request a receipt and can submit reimbursement through your insurance provider with Insurance Bridge, a website with which I am associated.
